If in case the audio driver installation failed:
Install MS-UAA first:
both ms-uaa sp33867 and kb888111 are similar files.
Windows XP SP2:

Windows XP SP3:

Restart after installation...
Then reinstall the
audio driver and restart again.
FOR INTEL GRAPHIC:
There are problems with intel graphic which is blank screen after installation
(I already updated with new driver - feb 7 2012), there is a safe way to get
the right driver. GO http://downloadcenter.intel.com/
